南非地区红麻杂种优势及配合力的测定(英文)

摘    要:按照完全双列杂交设计,分析了6个非洲地区主要红麻品种和30个F1组合的杂种优势以及配合力,试验结果表明:1)加性和显性效应对参试品种性状具有同样的重要性。2)大部分品种具有中亲和高亲杂种优势,证实了杂交育种将提高红麻的产量及品质。3)亲本Tainung在所有参试性状综合表现为超级亲本,亲本Endora在产量性状的一般配合力上表现最佳。

Abstract:The 30 F1 from six kenaf parents by full diallel cross were used for heterosis and combining ability analysis.The result showed as follow: 1)Both additive and dominant genetic variances were important in the measured characteristics.Tainung was proved to be the best general combiner.2) Most of crosses showed a positive mid-parent and high-parent heterosis.A breeding program utilizing heterosis to improve the yield could be expected to be successful.3) Parent Tainung was superior in nine of 10 characteristics measured,and parent Endora showed high GCA for yield characteristics.
