水栒子组织培养快繁体系研究

摘    要:以水栒子(Cotoneaster multiflorus Bunge.)的新梢带侧芽茎段为外植体,研究了不同激素组合对其外植体诱导、丛生芽分化增殖以及试管苗生根的影响。结果表明:芽诱导最适培养基为MS+BA0.8+NAA0.04,诱导率为68%;分化增殖最佳培养基是MS+6-BA1.2+NAA0.04,增殖倍数为4.53;最佳生根培养基是1/2MS+IBA0.4+NAA0.04,生根率为91%;试管苗移栽的最佳基质组合及配比为沙子∶熟表土∶草炭土∶果渣=3∶3∶2∶2,成活率达91%。

Abstract:Lateral buds with stem segments for new shoots of Cotoneaster multiflorus were taken as explants ;the effects of different combinations of hormones on its explant induction ,the differentiation proliferation of multiple buds ,rooting of plantlet were studied .Result shows that :the optimum medium for bud induction is MS + BA0 .8+ NAA0 .04 ,its induction rate being 68% ;the optimal medium for differentiation proliferation is MS + 6 -BA1 .2 + NAA0 .04 ,the proliferation multiples being 4 .53 ;the optimal rooting medium is 1/2MS + IBA0 .4 +NAA0 .04 ,the rooting rate being 91% ;the optimal combination ratio of the transplanted plantlets is :sand∶ma-ture topsoil∶turfy soil∶fruit marc = 3∶3∶2∶2 ,the survival rate being 91% .
