摘    要:常用杀菌剂对柑桔炭疽病菌分生孢子杀伤力高达100%,可以阻止它的萌发,但对叶面潜存的附着胞效果很差。附着胞只能在植株器官组织衰弱条件下才能萌发侵入。因此,改善栽培管理条件、增强树势、提高抗病力就能有效地控制炭疽病的发生。

Abstract:A laboratory experiment with Colletotrichum gloeosporides showed thatmost of the fungicides used in this experiment(Bavistin,Thiophanate-methyl,Tuzet,Mancozeb,Thiram,aliette,metalaxyl and Bardeaux mix-ture)were highly effective in killing the conidia of citrus anthrcnose andcompletely suppressed their germination.They were not effective,however,in controlling latent appressoria.The appressoria are pathogenic to planttissue only when it is weak in vigor.Therefore,improving orchard mana-gement to enhance the tree vigor and to build up its resistance to thedisease is considered to be a more reliabe and efficient approach to controlthe disease.
