| 摘 要： | 采用PCR 和RT-PCR 技术, 从甘蓝基因组和柱头总RNA 中扩增获得了719 bp 的硫氧还蛋白(THL1) 的全长基因序列和430 bp 的cDNA 序列。序列分析首次表明, 克隆的THL1 基因全序列有两个内含子, cDNA 序列编码117 个氨基酸。

| Abstract: | The THL 1 gene and it's cDNA coding for thioredoxin like protein were cloned from genomic DNA and stigma mRNA in Brassica oleracea L.by PCR and RT PCR respectively.Their sizes are 719bp and 430bp respectively.Sequencing result showed that this gene contained two introns and could specify a peptide with 117 amino acid sequence. |
