正己醇处理对草莓果实采后生理和品质的影响

摘    要:以"达塞莱克特"草莓果实为实验材料,研究了采后正己醇处理对草莓果实品质和生理的影响,以探索保持草莓果实采后品质,延长其贮藏期的措施;并为非呼吸跃变型果实的采后贮藏保鲜提供新的思路.通过0.05;、0.1;正己醇处理对草莓果实失重率、腐烂指数、VC含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、脂氧合酶(LOX)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响研究,结果表明,经正己醇处理后的草莓果实降低了腐烂率和失重率,维持较高水平的VC含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性,并降低了脂氧合酶(LOX)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,从而延缓果实的衰老,有利于保持草莓果实采后品质.

Abstract:To find new ways in maintaining the postharvest quality and extending the storage life of strawberry fruits and provide new ideas in the postharvest storage of non - climacteric fruits,'Darselect' strawberry(Fragaria ananassa Duch.) was used to investigate the effects of 1-hexanol treatment on postharvest physiology and quality of fruits.After treatment with 0.05%and 0.1%1 - hexanol,the weight loss rate,decay index,vitamin C content, POD activity,LOX activity and MDA content of fruits were studied during storage.The results showed that 1 - hexanol treatment lowered the weight loss rate and decay index,were higher levels vitamin C content and POD activity were,but LOX activity and MDA content were decreased,which is beneficial to delay the senescence and keep the postharvest quality of strawberry fruits.
