| Abstract: | An ELISA measuring IgM rheumatoid factor (RF) in dog serum is presented. Dog sera and a human IgM RF standard, calibrated against the international World Health Organisation (WHO) standard, are compared. It is concluded that the human IgM RF standard may be used as reference serum in the canine assay, which makes it possible to compare results from different veterinary laboratories. |
