林木根系与根际微生物的相互作用

摘    要:根系与土壤微生物在根际中进行的一系列复杂的相互作用近年来越来越受到人们的关注.虽然现有研究已取得较大突破, 但更多地是对农作物的关注.文中总结和分析了林木根系与土壤微生物在根际中进行的一系列相互作用, 分别从根际效应、化感作用、致病作用及菌根4个方面加以阐述, 指出研究中存在的问题并对今后的研究加以展望, 希望有助于从新的角度增进人们对林木根系与微生物间关系的认识.

Abstract:Complex interactions between root system and soil microbes in rhizosphere has aroused increasing concerns in recent years. Although great achievements have been made for the research, more attention was paid to crops. This paper summarized and analyzed a series of interactions between tree roots and soil microbes in terms of rhizosphere effect, allelopathy, pathopoiesia and mycorrhiza, pointed out the problems arising in the studies and prospected the future study. It is expected that this would enhance people's knowledge of the relationship between tree roots and microorganisms.
