贫困地区农村可再生能源综合利用途径探讨

中国广大贫困地区由于受自然条件、经济发展水平等因素制约，商品性农村能源消费总量受到限制，农村可再生能源仍然是该区域农村能源消费中的主要组成部分。同时农村可再生能源利用率和利用水平较低，能源消费浪费巨大，因此改变物流和能流结构，促进多级循环利用格局的形成，提高综合利用水平，对于贫困地区脱贫致富实现可持续发展意义重大。该文对相关技术途径做了初步探讨。

Comprehensive use of rural renewable energy in poverty stricken regions

The consumption of the commercial energy sources were limited in most poverty stricken regions in China, because of the financial difficulties. Renewable energy and the biomass energy were still the main part of the consumption of energy in this region. At the same time the use efficiency and the use level were very low which caused resources wasted seriously. So the nutrient and the energy flowing construction must be changed to form a new style to use them for more times at different levels, to increase the use level and the efficiency. This is very important in the region when it is on the way to being rich and trying to realize the sustainable development aim. Some related methods were discussed in this article.
