摘    要:轮胎噪声是汽车主要的噪声源,轮胎的低噪声化研究受到国内外轮胎和汽车行业的普遍重视,根据模拟胎面花纹沟噪声波形的矩形脉冲序列模型,应用遗传算法对轮胎花纹变节矩优化配置进行了研究,对变节矩优化配置和等节距排列时胎面花纹噪声频谱的比较分析表明,应用该算法对轮胎花纹进行变节矩排列优化设计,可以花散花纹噪声频率,降低噪声水平,该法在改进胎面花纹设计,改善花纹噪声特性和降低轮胎噪声方面具有工程实用价值。

Abstract:The tyre is a dominant noise source in a vehicle system and the study on tyre noise reduction is paid great attention to by tyre and automobile industry both at home and abroad. The tread pattern noise is the major component of the noise generated by a tyre as it rolls across the road surface with high speed, and the uneven pitch sequencing of tread pattern is the main method for reducing tyre noise through tread design. Based on the rectangular pulse model in sequence for simulating the sound pressure wave form of tread pattern noise, this paper investigated the optimal pitch sequencing of the pattern by using Genetic Algorithm (GA). By comparison of tyre noise spectrum in frequency domain of the optimized pitch sequence with the sequence using the same pitch length, and analysis for the process of the genetic optimization, it can be concluded that the optimum pitch sequence design obtained by using the algorithm can disperse the noise frequency and reduce the noise level effectively, the algorithm is of great value in improving tread pattern design and reducing tyre noise level.
