沙漠樱桃-白刺大、小孢子发育过程研究

摘    要:采用石蜡制片法观察了白刺大、小孢子发育过程,结果表明:白刺的雌蕊由3心皮合生成,子房3室,其中2个室内各形成1个倒生胚珠,最后只有1个胚珠发育成1枚种子。胚珠有双珠被,厚珠心,蓼型胚囊;花药四囊型,花药壁由表皮、药室内壁、中层和绒毡层组成,药室内壁纤维质加厚,腺质绒毡层;小孢子母细胞减数分裂为同时型,小孢子四分体呈四面体形排列,花粉散发时为二细胞型。

Abstract:The development process of the megaspore and microspore of Nitraria tangutorum were observed by paraffin slice. The results show that the pistil of Nitraria tangutorum has three carpels,and ovary has three cells,an anatropous ovule is in two of them,but only one ovule will develop to seed. The ovule is bitegminous, crassinucellus,polygonum-sacs; anther has four pollen sacs. Anther wall is composed of epidermis,inside wall of the anther cell,middle layer and tapetum.
