摘    要:目的]选育高产纤维素酶生产菌。方法]以1株黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger F1)为出发菌株,经过紫外线、亚硝基胍、硫酸二乙酯诱变处理,选育出1株纤维素酶高产菌株生产菌。结果]在适宜条件下,选育得到的菌株D3产CMC活力为出发菌株的145.5%。结论]NTG、DES和紫外线作用机理不同,但都能对微生物细胞中的DNA造成突变,使其具有新的特性。

Selection of the High yielding Cellulose-niger Strain
Abstract:Objective] The production bacteria of high-yielding cellulose was bred.Method] The niger(Aspergillus niger)F1 being used as starting strain,the production bacteria strain of high-yielding cellulase was selected after its mutation treatment of UV,nitrosoguanidine and DES.Results] Under the suitable conditions,the CMC vitality of D3 strain selected could be 45.5% higher than that of starting strain.Conclusion] There was different working mechanism among NTG,DES and ultraviolet,but all of those could affect the DNA mutation of microbial cell.
