百合鳞片扦插时机和方法对籽球新芽萌生形态及开花的影响

研究了百合露地鳞片扦插繁殖时,扦插时机和方法对籽球新芽萌生形态及开花的影响。在越冬前,9月20号以前扦插繁殖的籽球会萌生鳞片叶,但不抽地上茎;7月20日前用母鳞片扦插时,1/3~1/2露出扦插比3 cm覆土扦插鳞片叶的萌生率要高。越冬后,7月20日前扦插繁殖的籽球会萌生鳞片叶和地上茎,但9月20日以后扦插繁殖的籽球只萌生鳞片叶。用母鳞片扦插比用新鳞片扦插繁殖的籽球地上茎萌生率高,露出扦插比覆土扦插地上茎萌生率高。籽球重量超过50 mg并经过自然低温后有能力抽地上茎。7月20日前扦插繁殖的籽球第二年会开花,7月10日前扦插比7月20日扦插繁殖的籽球开花率高,露出扦插比覆土扦插开花率高。

Effect of scaling date and method on the plant type and flowering of formedscalebulblets during scale propagation of Lilium elegans ‘Connecticut King''

The study was carried out to investigate effects of scaling date and method on the plant type and flowering of formed scale bulblet during scale propagation of Liliumss elegans 'Connecticut King' in outdoors.Before wintering scaly leaves sprouted on bulblets in scale planted before September 20th,but stem leaves did not.In mother scale,ratio of scaly leaf emergence was higher on bulblets of scales planted upper 1/3-1/2 of scale above the soil surface(Light exposed) than 3 cm under the soil surface(Buried) in scales planted before July 20th.After wintering,both stem leaves and scaly leaves sprouted on bulblets in the scale planted before July 20th,but only scaly leaves sprouted on bulblets in the scale planted after September 20th.Ratio of stem leaf emergence was higher on bulblets of mother scale than daughter scale and light exposed scale than buried scale.It was able to sprout stem leaf that the bulblet was cooled in natural after growth more than 50mg.It was flowered in scale planted before July 20th.Ratio of flowering was higher in scale planted before July 10th than July 20th and on light exposed scale than buried scale.
