新型高效价苏云金芽胞杆菌制剂的研制

摘    要:通过对苏云金芽胞杆菌发酵后处理工艺的改进,运用超滤及喷雾干燥技术获得新型高效价粉剂.室内生物测定结果表明,该粉剂的杀虫效果为目前工厂常规产品的10倍左右.同时,以CS-1991(H3ab)作为标准品,3龄小菜蛾为供试虫,对其进行了毒力效价测定,测定的高效价粉剂死亡机率值与质量浓度对数值的回归方程为y=3.93+1.26x(r=0.98),LC50=6.98mgL-1,效价为47619.08IUmg-1

Abstract:The new type and highly effective preparation of Bt biocide was obtained with ultrafiltration and spray drying techniques, and its bioassay was carried out. Laboratory toxicity tests showed that it possessed 10 fold control effect compared with the ordinary product. The virulence was tested by using the 3rd instar larvae of Plutella xylostella as insect sample and CS 1991 (H3ab) as standard, the regression equations for the value of sample dead probability and concentration logarithmic value were y=3.93+1.26x (r=0.[KG-4]98) , LC 50 =6.98 mg·L -1 and its virulence was determined as 47 619.08 IU·mg -1 .
