腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术48例疗效分析

目的探讨在腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剔除术48例患者的临床治疗效果.方法应用德国蛇牌单、双电极电子腹腔镜实验子宫肌瘤剔除术.结果通过对48例患者实施子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗效果观察,其中浆膜下子宫肌瘤手术治疗效果最满意.肌壁间肌瘤小于1/2肌瘤核位于肌壁间内,手术成功率高,出血少.瘤体2/3位于肌壁间内,手术成功率较低,往往因术中出血多而中转开腹手术.娴熟的缝合技术和缝合技巧是腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的关键.结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术属微创手术,切口小,创面少,恢复快,住院时间短,并发症少,是目前保留生育要求的较为理想术式.

Clinical Analysis of 48 Cases Hysteromyomectomy under Laparoscope

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 48 cases hysteromyomectomy under laparoscope. Methods Hysteromyomectomy under laparoscope. Results 48 patients were performed hysteromyomectomy under laparoscope in our hospital. The treatment effect of subserous myoma is the most satisfied. If the tumor ≤1/2, and is located in the middle of muscle tissue, successful rate is high, small amount of bleeding. If 2/ 3 tumor body is located in the middle of muscle tissue, successful rate is low. We must change surgery way if patients have much severe bleeding during the process of operation. The best suture skill is also important for hysteromyomectomy. Conclusion Minimal access hysteromyomectomy under laparoscope have many advantages： small wound, small area, fast recovery and less complication. It is alsothe best surgery way to keep procreation.
