摘    要:介绍了生态足迹的概念及计算方法,并对2004年桂林市的生态足迹进行了计算和分析.结果表明,2004年桂林市的人均生态赤字为0.193 484 hm2,面临的生态压力低于全国和世界水平,资源环境形势较为乐观.但是,桂林市2004年人均生态足迹是1997年中国人均生态足迹的1.16倍,在全国尺度上处于不可持续的发展状态.桂林市应大力发展高新技术产业,实施严格的耕地资源保护措施,推行循环经济,倡导绿色消费,建立资源节约型的社会生产和消费体系.

Abstract:Ecological footprint was an important method for quantitative analysis of regional sustainable development.The conception and the calculation method of ecological footprint were introduced in this paper,and the ecological footprint of Guilin city in 2004 were calculated and analysed.The results showed that the ecological deficit of Guilin was 0.193 484 hm2 per capita in 2004,which could conclude that the ecological stress of Guilin city was lower than the national level and the international level.It was showed that the resources and environment position of Guilin were optimistic.However,the per capita ecological footprint of Guilin in 2004 was 1.16 times of 1997.In this sense,we could infer that the situation of Guilin was at the unsustainable development level on the national scale.And it is the time to develop high-tech industries,to put safeguard measures of cultivated land resources in practice strictly,to promote circular economy,to sparkplug green consumption,and to build a resource-economical system of social production and consumption.
