KC提取液对几种植物病原菌的抑制作用的研究

摘    要:采用生长速率法和孢子囊萌发法测试了KC提取液对马铃薯晚疫病菌、赤霉病菌、山药炭疽病菌、梨黑斑病菌菌丝生长和孢子囊萌发的抑制作用。结果表明,KC提取液对马铃薯晚疫病菌菌丝生长有明显的抑制作用,同时对马铃薯晚疫病菌孢子囊萌发也有一定抑制作用。对赤霉病菌、山药炭疽病菌、梨黑斑病菌菌丝生长没有抑制作用。

Reseach on the inhibition effect of KC Extracts on plant pathogens

Abstract:The inhibition effect of KC extracts on Phytophthora infestans, Gibberella zeae, Dicscorea opposita Thunb and Alternaria alternate Japanese pear pathotype were tested by the methods of growth rate and sporangia germination. The results show that the KC extract can inhibit mycelium growth of Phytophthora infestans obviously, while its sporangium germination also can be restrained to some extent. The mycelium growth of GibbereUa zeae, Dicscorea opposita Thunb and Alternaria alternate Japanese pear pathotype did not inhibited.
