复合酶法提取甘草渣中黄酮类物质的研究

摘    要:甘草黄酮是一类极其重要的化合物,可用于医药、食品添加剂、化妆品等领域.研究利用复合酶法结合醇提法提取甘草废渣中甘草黄酮.通过对不同酶的添加、酶的添加量、酶的配比、作用温度、pH、时间等单因素对甘草废渣中甘草黄酮提取条件进行了优化,确定了复合酶处理条件,即纤维素酶添加量为50 U/mL,果胶酶100 U/mL,反应pH 6.0、温度55℃,作用120 min,最终得率达到2.25;.较直接醇提,用该法甘草渣中黄酮得率提高了25;以上.

Abstract:Flavonoids of glycyrrhiza were very important compounds,which could be used in pharmaceuticals、food additives and cosmetics and so on.Extraction of flavonoids of glycyrrhiza residue by enzymatic treatment coupled with alcohol was studied in this paper.The glycyrrhiza flavonoids were extracted from glyeyrrhiza residues by different enzyme concentration,treating temperature,combined application of enzymes,pH and time.The optimum conditions were as follows:addition amount of cellulase was 50 U/mL,pectase was 100 U/mL,the optimun reaction was pH 4.5-6.3,backflow extracted was used for 120 min.Compared with extraction of alcohol,the yield was increased by over 25%.
