| 摘 要： | 应用解剖学、组织学和透射电镜技术对中华沙鳅肝胰脏解剖结构、显微结构、亚显微结构进行了研究.结果表明:肝脏外形不规则,分左右两叶,右叶小,左叶大,左叶又分为两叶;中央静脉显著,肝细胞索明显,肝细胞呈圆形或卵圆形,粗面内质网、线粒体非常丰富;枯否氏细胞广泛存在于肝血窦中,形状不规则,功能活跃;胰腺散布于肝和肠系膜中,分为外分泌部和内分泌部;胆囊很大,囊壁由1～2层扁平上皮细胞组成.

| Abstract: | The anatomical,microscopic and submicroscopic structure of Botia superciliaris's hepato-pancreas was studied by using applied anatomy,histology and electron microscope technique.The results show that the liver shape with a big left and a small right lobe is irregular,The left lobe is composed of two lobes,the liver cells with obvious central vein,hepatic cords,rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum and abundant mitochondrion is roundness or egg-roundness,Kupffer's cells with irregular shape and active functio... |
