灭线磷在3种土壤中移动性的研究

摘    要:土壤薄层层析法试验结果表明:灭线磷在3种土壤中的Rf值大小为:广东红土>山东砂壤土>东北黑土;移动速率m为山东砂壤土>东北黑土>广东红土。灭线磷在东北黑土中为不移动农药,在广东红土和山东砂壤土中为不易移动农药。土壤柱法结果与土壤薄层层析法结果相似,在渗透水中有很少量的灭线磷存在。

Abstract:The mobili ty of ethoprophos in three kinds of soil was studied by the soil thin layer chroma tography(TLC).This experiment showed that R f of ethoprophos in three kinds of soil was as follows:R f (red soil)>R f (sandy loam soil)>R f (black soil).The mobile rate was found in the order:sandy loam soil>black so il>red soil.Ethoprophos don ' t move in the black soil of northeast,don ' t easily move in the red soil of Guangdong and sandy loam soil of Shandong.T he results of soil pole method resembled with those of soil TLC method.Ethoproph os in black soil of northeast moved slower than in red soil of Guangdong and san dy loam soil of Shandong.Few ethoprophos was de-tected in the penetrated water.
