我国食品质量安全保障体系现状分析

摘    要:近些年,我国食品质量与安全问题已成为社会热点问题之一,受到各方面的关注.本文主要分析了我国现有的食品质量安全保障体系现状,通过与发达国家相比可以发现我国食品质量安全保障体系主要存在三大问题,即法律法规和标准体系有待完善、安全检测体系不健全、检测方式、关键监测技术和设备落后、危险性评估控制技术未广泛采用.针对以上问题,文章最后提出了5点政策建议.

Abstract:In recent years,China's food quality and safety issues have become hot topic.This paper analyzes the current situation of food quality security system.Compared with the developed countries,it can be found that China's food quality security system has three main issues.The first one is the imperfection of the laws,regulations and standard system.The second is that security detection system is not properly functional,detection methods,the key monitoring technology and the facilities are outdated.The third is ...
