“蚕宝康”对桑蚕细菌病防治的研究

研制的桑蚕细菌病防治新药“蚕宝康”其最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度比氟哌酸低４～８倍,在蚕体内药效持续时间长达１０小时,研究表明,该药对蚕安全无副作用,在低浓度下对蚕细菌病防治也具良好效果,感染时间对防治效果有明显的影响,添药次数与防治效果之间无直接联系,以添药３～４次为宜。

A Study of "Canbaokang" on the Control of Bacteriosis of Silkworm (Bombyx mori)

For the sake of controlling bacteriosis of silkworm, a new medicine, named"Canbaokang",has been made. And its MIC and MBC are 4 to 8 times lower than Norfloxac-inum's. The result of tests showed that the new medicine could keep an effective concentra-tion for as long as 10 hr in the larval body,and it had no disadvantageous effect to silkworm.Under a lower concentration,the medicine also has a better treatment for the bacteriosis ofsilkworm. The infection time has evident influence on the treatment of the diseases; Thetimes of feeding with the medicine had no direct relationship with the effect of treatment,ingeneral, 3 to 4 times is suitable.
