水湿处理对盐桦苗木光合特性的影响

摘    要:对1 a生实生盐桦苗的耐水湿能力进行研究,测定了盐桦苗木在不同水湿高度下的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率等生理指标的变化情况。结果表明:在水湿处理后盐桦苗木的净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率均有不同程度的下降,而胞间CO2浓度有所上升,光合作用的主要限制因素是非气孔因素。盐桦苗木在受到9个月的水湿处理后仍未死亡,说明盐桦苗木具有一定的耐水湿的特性。

Abstract:Studied the waterlogging resistance of the annual Betula halophila seedling,determined the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance to H2O,Intercellular CO2 concentration,transpiration rate of the Betula halophila seedling whicth under the different high of the waterlogging.The results showed that under the waterlogging resistance the net photosynthetic rate,stomotal conductance to H2O,transpiration rate of the Betula halophila seedling decreased in varying degrees,but the intercellular CO2 concentratio...
