| 摘 要： | 本文报道了ＡＢＴ生根粉２５ｍｇ／Ｌ，５０ｍｇ／Ｌ和１００ｍｇ／Ｌ三种浓度处理迎霜，福鼎大白菜和龙井４３三品种茶树扦插繁殖上的应用，通过对茶树扦插苗愈合组织形成，发根及成活率等项目调查，得出了ＡＢＴ生根粉对促进茶树扦插苗愈合组织形成，不定根和新梢的生长发育有一定作用，但在不同茶树品种间作用差异较显著。

| Abstract: | An application of ABT-rooting powder at concentrations of 25mg/L,50mg/L and 100mg/L totea cutting of clones Yingshuang, Fudingdabai and Longjing 43 was carried out. It was relieved that ABTrooting powder had some effect on callus fomation, rooting and shoot growth and responses of various teaclones to the ABT-rooting powder was differed markedly. |
