| 摘 要： | 用不同浓度的DES、NaN_3诱变剂溶液对莱芜大姜和金昌大姜的幼芽根茎进行了不同时间的浸渍处理,并对VM_1代的材料进行了研究。结果表明:所有处理对莱芜大姜和金昌大姜VM_1代的生长均具有显著的抑制作用,而且抑制作用随着处理时间的增长而增强,金昌大姜对诱变剂的敏感性高于莱芜大姜。其中,用0.035 mol/L的DES浸渍处理莱芜大姜与金昌大姜的幼芽根茎50 min,或0.001 mol/L的NaN_3浸渍180 min,是进行生姜化学诱变育种较为适宜的处理方法,其VM_1代的株高均比对照降低30%以上。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the new mutation breeding techniques of ginger,germinal rhizomes of Laiwu ginger and Jinchang ginger were dipped with different concentration solution of DES and NaN_3 for different time,and the growth of VM_1 generation were investigated.The results showed that all the tretments had significant inhibition on VM_1 generation of Laiwu ginger and Jinchang ginger.The inhibition effects increased followed the concentration increased and the dipping time prolonged.
