摘    要:固相微萃取技术是一种无需溶剂、方便快速的样品前处理技术。本文介绍了固相微萃取在设备构造、萃取纤维及涂层材料的开发等方面的发展情况,并对其在农药残留分析中的应用进行了总结。

Abstract:The advantages of solid phase microextraction(SPME) as a kind of sample preparation technique were solvent-free,convenient and fast.The progress of the structure of equipment,the development of extraction fiber and coating materials were introduced in this paper and the applications of solid phase microextraction(SPME) in analysis of pesticide residue were summarized as well.
