| Abstract: | The advantages of solid phase microextraction(SPME) as a kind of sample preparation technique were solvent-free,convenient and fast.The progress of the structure of equipment,the development of extraction fiber and coating materials were introduced in this paper and the applications of solid phase microextraction(SPME) in analysis of pesticide residue were summarized as well. |
