烤烟杂交组合比较试验

摘    要: 杂交组合比较试验所用材料包括14个杂交组合和5个亲本,田间试验与抗性鉴定相结合。研究结果表明:各杂种F1代的生育期与亲本、对照相同或基本接近,无明显差异;各农艺性状各杂种F1代与亲本及对照无明显差异。温室人工诱发或室内接种鉴定表明:对TMV,有10个材料表现为抗病,3个高抗,7个抗病,2个中感,6个感病;对黑胫病,19个材料均为中抗。经济性状考察结果表明:各杂种F1代的产量与对照间无显著差异,但产值、上等烟比例等单一性状与对照间均存在5%或1%水平显著差异;产值超过K326的有10个,各杂种F1烟外观质量等方面表现优于对照品种K326,可推荐参加云南省区试或进行小面积示范;杂交组合1001,1011,1004可继续参加下阶段的组合比较试验,进一步观察鉴定。

Abstract:14 cross combinations and 5 parents were included in the experiment and the field test and the resistance identification were combined to evaluate them. The experimental results indicated that both growth periods and the agronomic traits of hybrid F1 had no significant difference from those of the parents and the control cultivar. The resistance identification showed that there were 10 materials resistant to TMV and 19 materials moderate resistant to black shank. The investigation on the economic traits indicated that there were no significant yield difference between all hybrid F1 and the control, however, the output value and the rate of high grade leaf had differences at 5% or 1% significant level between them. According to their performances, 1003 can be recommended to take part in the provincial regional test, while 1001, 1011 and 1004 can continue to take part in the next stage test for further evaluation.
