| 摘 要： | 采用稀碱法对东亚飞蝗蛋白质的提取条件进行了研究,主要讨论了碱浓度、料液比、粒度、浸提时间、沉淀pH、沉淀时间等条件对蛋白质提取率的影响.单因素试验结果表明,较优的提取工艺条件为稀碱浓度1.5%(W/V),浸提时间2 h,虫粉粒度80目,料液比1:20,沉淀pH值4.5,沉淀时间1 h.
