新形势下我国体育文化发展的难解之题与破解之道*

十八大以后，我国社会各项事业迎来新的发展机遇。在这种新形势下，我国体育文化的发展确立了服务性、终身化、普 及化的价值取向，指引着体育文化事业的发展。目前，我国体育文化仍存在本质背离、竞技体育人才队伍文化素养偏低、体育 资源不足与浪费等现象，为解决这些难解之题，提出了形成体育文化的科学认知、形成紧密的体育文化供给机制、确立“以人 为本”的发展理念、确立全面协调可持续的发展观、加强体育文化遗产的保护力度五大破解之道。

Question and Solution of the Development of China's Sports Culture under the New Situation

After 18th CPC National Congress, Chinese society received new development opportunities. In this new situation, the development of sports culture in China established service, lifelong education, and popularization value to guide the development of sports culture. At present, China''s sports culture still exists some problems. This paper puts forward five solutions to them.
