摘    要:为准确反映金属带行星齿轮无级变速传动系统在整个调速范围内的动力特性 ,采用键合图理论 ,建立了装备该传动系统装置车辆的仿真模型 ,并以上海桑塔纳轿车为例进行了仿真计算 ,为最终消除系统于同步转换点处的振动问题 ,提供一种正确的理论分析方法。

Abstract:A metal pushing belt, planeary gear continuously variable transmission (CVT) offers considerable potential performance as infinitely variable transmission to automobile. However, there is a sudden power flow reversal at synchronous point, so it is a key problem in the past how to control the vibration in this point. A predictive mathematical simulation model is required for performance analysis, development of control law, and design refinement. In this paper, the bond graph simulation model of the CVT was established and its simulating results were analyzed at launch, which exposed the CVT acceleration characteristics. The dynamic model is important for performance analysis and development of control laws and algorithms of a CVT system.
