摘    要:利用遥感数据结合实地调查资料,选取自然地理,基础地质,矿山开发,与矿业活动有关的对环境影响的4个要素20个指标,对鹤岗市煤矿区矿山生态环境进行评价。采用专家系统与客观结合确定权重,对遥感数据和实测资料进行提取和分级量化,建立矿山环境评价模型,应用GIS的叠加分析功能对评价单元进行综合分析、计算,最后将鹤岗市煤矿区生态环境分为环境良好、较好、一般、较差、极差5个等级,取得了良好的评价效果,与实地调查结果相符。

Abstract:Assessment of ecological environment as influenced by coal mining is needed for policy making on mining regulations. In this study, physical geography, basic geology, environmental impacts of mining, and mining related activities are used as main monitoring index for the evaluation of ecological environment in Hegang mining area. Based on Landsat, IKONOS and GeoEye-1 re- mote sensing images as supported by field data, the assessment system were statistically built for the study area and the criteria weights were deterrr, ined based on expert system and actual situation. The function of addition and analysis of GIS was used to assist the com- prehensive evaluation. According to the assessment results, the study area is classified into five grades, including very good, good, average, worse, and much worse, which are in line with the results of field investigation.
