油锯采伐作业中身体稳定性的生物力学分析

摘    要:在进行油锯采伐作业时,油锯手身体稳定性的好坏,既会影响作业效率和疲劳程度,又会影响人体的安全性,而稳定角是衡量身体稳定性的重要指标。从生物力学的角度出发,对进行油锯采伐的作业人员进行受力分析,列出静力学方程以及力矩方程。设计实验方案,模拟油锯伐木作业过程,借助实验过程中测得数据,分析采伐作业时不同操作幅度下身体稳定角的变化趋势。研究结果表明,稳定角会随着重心偏移发生变化,当达到某一临界条件时,身体稳定性达到最好。

Abstract:In chainsaw logging operation, the physical stability of the loggers affects not only the operation efficiency and body fa- tigue degree, but also the human security. And the stable angle is an important indicator in evaluating the physical stability of people. From the perspectives of biomechanics, the stress analysis of the loggers in chainsaw cutting operation was conducted, and static equa- tion and torque equation were given. The experimental program was designed to simulate the operating process of the chainsaw felling. Then the changing of stable angle in different operating margin during operation was analyzed based on the measured data. Results show that the stable angle will change with the centre of gravity shifts, and the physical stability of the body achieves the best when the angle reaches certain critical condition.
