培养具有实践能力的物流人才是高校物流人才培养的重要任务之一。针对高校物流人才实践能力培养中遇到的主要问题,提出多层次多方面的物流实践能力培养模式,从校内和校外两个方面阐述物流实践能力培养的主要举措,系统地阐述在校企合作实训过程中应拓展跨区域物流企业实训、强化多类型物流企业实训和深化生产企业物流实训,从而切实提高高校毕业生的物流实践能力。

Innovative Learning Method for Logistics Talents Training in the New Era

It is one of the important tasks for universities to train logistics talents with practical ability. Aiming at the main prob- lems in practical ability training of logistics talents, a multi-level and muhi-faceted logistics practical capability training model was put forward in this paper. The major measures of logistic practical ability training were expounded from aspects of both internal and external of universities, including intra-regional logistics training, multi-type logistics enterprise training and production enterprise logistics training in the school-enterprise cooperation process, which would definitely improve the logistics practical ability of college graduates
