液压拉伸器用螺栓的可靠性分析

摘    要:螺栓的可靠性分析是机械可靠性工程中的一种典型零件的分析,以液压拉伸器用螺栓为研究对象,理论分析了不用输入压力和不同螺栓直径的可靠性结果,利用ANSYS软件进行了机械可靠性分析和传统静力学分析的对比研究,结果表明螺栓可靠性设计更接近于工程实践,可以大大提高液压拉伸器用螺栓的可靠性。

Abstract:Research on bolt reliability is a typical element analysis in mechanical reliability engineering.Taking the bolt used in hydraulic stretcher as research object,the reliability result of different input pressures and bolt diameters was analyzed in theory.Comparative research between mechanical reliability analysis and traditional statics design were conducted based on ANSYS software.Results show that the reliability design of bolt is more suitable for engineering use,which can greatly improve the reliability of the bolt.
