药用植物剩余物制作发泡包装材料工艺及影响因素的分析

摘    要:在分析药用植物剩余物及药用植物纤维与淀粉的结合特性的基础上,介绍利用热压和烘培工艺,制备发泡缓冲包装材料的工艺过程。分析药用植物剩余物进行预处理、淀粉含量以及糊化程度、含水率、胶粘剂种类及施胶量和热压工艺参数等对药用植物纤维发泡包装材料性能的影响。利用药用植物剩余物制作发泡包装材料符合现在资源持续发展的趋势,具有广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:Based on the introduction of medicinal plant resources and the binding properties of fiber and starch for medicinal plants, the feasibility and preparation process of foaming packaging materials made by medicinal plant residues were elaborated. The performance of the packaging materials were tested in consideration of pretreatment, starch proportion, moisture content, types and dose of adhesive, and different parameters of thermal pressing technology (e. g. , pressure and time). Foaming packaging materials fabricated by medicihal plant residues conforms to the current trend of efficient utilization of resources, which are promising materials in the future.
