摘    要:通过对滚塑工艺的研究,并从模具的测温技术与控制的角度,制定普通摇摆滚塑机与保温罩式摇摆滚塑机的试验方法,通过试验分析对比普通摇摆滚塑机与保温罩式摇摆滚塑机的不同,并通过试验了解保温罩式摇摆滚塑机的优点,并根据滚塑机的运行情况,提出滚塑式沼气池罐体加工节能方法,从而在一定程度上起到节能的作用。

Abstract:Through the research of rotational molding process, the test methods of ordinary swing rotational molding machine and the one with insulation cover type were formulated from perspective of temperature measurement technology and control. Through the experiment, the difference between the two types of machines was found out and so was the advantage of swing rotational molding ma- chine with insulation cover type. According to the running condition of the rotational molding machine, the energy saving method in processing digester tank of rotational molding type was proposed, which was able to save energy to some extent.
