| 摘 要： | 随着我国物流产业的飞速发展,葡萄的销售范围扩大,运输距离延长,为保证葡萄的品质设计合理的贮运包装尤为重要。本文分析贮运过程中影响葡萄品质的主要因素,并调查市场上常用的包装形式,在此基础上提出3种优化的保鲜贮运包装形式。每1种形式都从葡萄贮运要求的角度应用包装技术对其进行合理设计,并提出葡萄贮运包装设计的要点。能够更好的保证贮运中葡萄的品质,具有重要的研究价值。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the logistics industry in China, grapes are sold to a larger area and the transport distance is extended. Therefore, it is necessary to design suitable storage and transportation packaging in order to ensure the quality of grapes. In this paper, the major factors affecting the grapes＇ quality during the storage and transportation process were analyzed, and the commonly used packaging forms on the market were investigated. Based on this, three kinds of optimized fresh storage and trans- portation packaging forms were proposed. Each of the packaging forms was designed rationally in order to meet the requirements of grape storage and transportation, and the key points of design were given. The packaging is able to better guarantee the quality of grapes during storage and transportation, and has important research value. |
