| 摘 要： | 猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒是严重危害世界养猪业的病原,其分子生物学及感染机制的研究,对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的预防和控制非常重要。笔者对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒的病原学特性、分子生物学特征、获得性免疫和免疫调节与逃避机制等方面进行了综述,以期为该病的深入研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) is the cause of an economically important swine disease that has been devastating the swine industry since the late 1980s. It is very important to research the molecular biology and the infectious mechanism of PRRSV for the prevention and control of PRRS. In this review,the present advancement in the study on PRRSV was summarized,including the viral pathogenicity,viral molecular biological characteristics,adaptive immune responses to PRRSV and the modulation and immune evasion by PRRSV in order to underpin the knowledge for further probing into this virus. |
