| Abstract: | The causes of institutional mechanisms which leads to the production factors flows in one-way in Chongqing were analyzed from the supply of public goods and service,industrial policy,allocation of land resources as well as public finance and taxation system.On this basis,the ideas of reform and innovation in institutional mechanisms that can promote the rational mobility of production factors between urban and rural in Chongqing were analyzed. |
