LWC—Ⅰ型智能流体参数测试仪的研制

摘    要:介绍了以MCS-51系列的8031单片计算机为核心,外加8279、8255、0809等输入输出接口芯片,以及2764、62C64外部程序和数据存储器等元件所构成的LWC-Ⅰ型智能流体参数测试仪的硬件及软件的设计原理。该测试系统具有数据采集、处理、输入、显示、打印以及绘制动态测试曲线等多种功能,可满足由静态到动态较宽范围的测试条件,并可同时测试压力、流量、温度及转速等多种液压系统参数。

Abstract:In this paper, the design principle of the instrument which is controlled by Mcs-51 single-chip computer is introduced. This instrument can accomplish many functiond including data sampling, data processing, man-machine-talking and test curves plotting etc. It has a wide working range, it can also measure many hydraulic quantities such as pressure, flow, temperature, revolution etc.
