AGV小车TCP/IP通讯功能的设计与实现

摘    要:随着自动化技术的发展,自动导航小车(AGV)逐渐被应用到农业自动化领域中。介绍了一种AGV小车嵌入式控制系统的设计方法,其中主要介绍了AGV小车与上位机通讯方式的设计方法。所设计的AGV小车采用TCP/IP的通讯方式与上位机通讯,对TCP/IP通讯部分的软、硬件设计作了详细的介绍。采用该通讯方式能够解决现有的大部分产品中的串口通讯方式存在的数据量小、扩展性能差等不足。所设计的AGV小车在实际运行过程中体现出良好的性能。

Abstract:With the development of the automation technology,automated guided vehicle(AGV for short)is used in the field of Agricultural Automation.The design method of embedded control system of AGV was introduced.The main content is the design of the AGV's communication with the client.And TCP/IP communication module was used.The design of the software and hardware part were introduced in detail.There are some problems if used the serial communication such as too small the data flow,uneasy to explore the function and so on.But these can be solved better in the use of the TCP/IP communication module.AGV has performed very well in use.
