Research on Development of Circular Economy in Food Processing Enterprises: Taking Example for Jindan Lactic Acid Technology Stock Limited Company of Henan Province

Developing the circular economy in food processing enterprises is an important strategy to save agricultural resources,reduce environmental pollution,and stretch the agricultural industrial chain.This paper used the game theory to explore the decision problem of implementing the circular economy in food processing enterprises.Taking Jindan Lactic Acid Technology Stock Limited Company of Henan Province as an example,the author validated the importance of the circular economy through the decision game,operational process and developmental results of implementing circular economy in this enterprise,which could provide countermeasures for the development of circular economy in food processing enterprises.
