| 摘 要： | 根据我国灌区,特别是北方灌区地下水开发利用过程中存在的实际问题和对经济、社会、生态环境产生的影响,论述了灌区地下水资源合理开发的必要性,结合目前国内外有关地下水开发利用的各种技术理论研究和设备开发现状,提出了灌区尺度的地下水承载力和适宜的开采量技术,新型滤水结构和成井工艺、高效机井修复技术,地下水与地表水联合调度的智能监控技术等关键技术。针对各项关键技术,借助于现代科技理论和测试手段,制订了适应于新时期大型灌区地下水可持续开发利用需求的解决对策,从而为灌区地下水资源的合理、高效开发和良性循环提供了一定的技术保障。
