| Abstract: | Caribe produces smooth, oblong, purple-skinned tubers of excellent type and appearance. This cultivar is early in sizing and maturity and produces tubers of good boiling quality when harvested 80 days after planting. It is well adapted to Atlantic Canada where it has potential in early and maincrop table markets and it has also shown potential in several off-shore potatoproducing countries. |
