摘    要:通过对纤维制备过程中获得的实验数据进行统计分析,建立了纤维产量、纤维质量及热磨机能耗三者之间的约束关系,确定了以调节纤维产量来调整纤维质量和热磨机能耗的优化方法,进而为优化热磨机的运行参数及其节能与降耗提供理论依据.

Abstract:The constraint relationship between fiber quantity,quality and refiner energy consumption is analyzed base on the statistical analysis of experimental data of fiber making.Then,an optimized method for regulating fiber quality and refiner energy consumption is obtained through adjusting fiber quantity,in order to provide theoretic references for optimizing operation parameters and saving energy for refiners.
