微山湖地区农田土壤中残留有机氯农药的研究

摘    要:利用GC-ECD法对微山湖流域各种类型土壤(园地、水田、旱田、菜地)中有机氯农药进行分析测定。所测样品中有机氯农药DDTs、HCHs每个采样点均有检出。与国内其他地区土壤/沉积物中DDTs、HCHs的含量相比,微山湖流域土壤中机氯农药含量相对较低。DDT及其代谢产物的残留明显高于HCH的同系物。不同土壤利用类型之间的含量存在明显差异,水田土壤高于菜地土壤。

Abstract:The comtent of organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) in sediments of agriculture soil in Weishan Lske region was quantitatively analyzed with GC-ECD.The total concentrations of organochlorine pesticides HCHs and DDTs were detected in all of samples.Compared with DDTs and HCHs contents with the quality standard for soil in China,the content of the pesticides in the sediment of Weishan Lake region was lower.Soil type was a significant factor in the difference of concentrations of HCHs and DDTs.
