摘    要:在陕西省吴堡县研究了喷施不同浓度TDZ(1.5、1.0、0.5μg/L,以喷水为对照)后,中阳木枣和团枣的光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)等生理指标和叶片性状及产量的变化.结果表明,随着TDZ喷施浓度的增大,其光合速率日变化曲线的峰值增大,光合速率维持在较高水平的时间延长,水分利用效率和光能利用效率显著提高;蒸腾速率和气孔导度日变化曲线的峰值和平均值降低;叶面积、叶片干、鲜质量、吊果比、果质量和单株产量提高,裂果率降低,但枣吊变短,平均每吊的叶片数相对减少.

Abstract:The experiment was put forward to study the effects of thidiazuron on the photosynthetic,growth and yield of jujube under arid condition in Wubao County,Shanxi Province.Two cultivars of Ziziphus jujuba,'Zhongyangmuzao' and 'Tuanzao',were prayed with TDZ of different concerntrations,1.5,1.0 and 0.5 μg/L,taking water as control.The changes of the photosynthetic(Pn),stomata conductance(Gs),leaf characteristics and yield were studied.The results showed that with the increasing of TDZ concentration,the photosynthetic(Pn),water use efficiency(WUE) and light use efficiency were all increased,while the transpiration rate(Tr) and the stomata conductance(Gs) were decreased.Leaf area,dry weight and fresh weight of per leaf,fruit number of per branch,mean weight of per fruit and yield of per plant were improved,but length of fruit branch was shortened and cracking rate was dropped.
