| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了基因工程和转基因技术研究的原理、基本路线，介绍了转基因技术和生产转基因动物的方法，总结转基因技术在哺乳动物领域的应用，提出了转基因动物面临的问题，并对转基因技术及转基因动物的前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The principle and the basic route of the genetic engineering and the transgenic technology were reviewed,and introduced the transgenic technology and methods of producing the transgenic animals.The paper was generalized the application of the transgenic technology in mammal animals' domain,and provided some questions which encountered in transgenic animals research.In the meantime,prospect of transgenic animals in relational areas was presented. |
