风信子促成栽培研究

摘    要:目的]研究广州地区冬季风信子的促成栽培技术。方法]以简伯斯品种为材料进行了风信子的促成栽培试验。结果]在试验的5个栽培环境下风信子均能生根。先在黑暗以及7~9℃的环境中进行生根,然后在芽3cm长时转移到室外栽培并逐渐增加光照的风信子虽然发芽较迟,但能够正常生长及开花。在7~9℃的低温及黑暗环境中生根栽培一段时间,可使根系强壮,还能保证风信子种球得到足够的冷处理时间,使种球在后期能够正常长叶及开花。而在自然环境下栽培的植株虽然发芽较早,但植株矮小、夹箭,开花率很低,花序因不能正常开花而很快枯萎。结论]该研究为风信子的栽培与研究提供了参考。

Experiment on Forcing Culture of Hyacinthus orientalis

Abstract:Objective] To study forcing culture of Hyacinthus orientalis in Guangzhou in winter.Method] The cultivar Jan Bos was used to study forcing culture of Hyacinthus orientalis.Result] Bulbs could root in five cultivated conditions.After rooting in dark at 7-9 ℃,transferring to outdoor for cultivation when bud was 3 cm long and cultivating with increasing light,the Hyacinthus orientalis budded later,but they grew well and could flower.After rooting in dark at 7-9 ℃,their root system was strong.It also gave adequate cold processing time to bulbs,and the bulbs could come into leaf and flower.The Hyacinthus orientalis cultivated in natural environment budded earlier,but they had short plant,clip arrows,and very low flowering rate.And inflorescence could not flower and soon withered.Conclusion] The study provides reference for cultivation and research of Hyacinthus orientalis.
