| 摘 要： | 通过应用茎尖组织培养技术,对起始培养基、继代培养基和生根培养基进行精心筛选,总结出了可以快速繁殖和脱除病毒的苹果茎尖组培技术,对于推动苹果无病毒苗生产、引进优良品系具有重要意义.
