| 摘 要： | 用自制的中药提取物与新城疫Ｂ１株混合后免疫５５日龄鸡,以血凝抑制试验测定新城疫抗体效价。结果表明,５５日龄鸡的中药提取物最佳用量为１．０ｍＬ,试验组鸡ＮＤ抗体效价明显高于对照组。免疫后６０ｄ用Ｆ４８Ｅ８新城疫强毒进行攻击,试验组的保护率达到１００％,而对照组相对较低。

| Abstract: | Chinese drug extract made in our lab was blended with Newcastle disease(ND)B 1 strain,and vaccinated 55 days old chickens.The ND antibody titer was detected by haemagglutination inhibition test.The results showed that the optimum dose of Chinese drug extract to 55 old chicken was 1mL,and the ND antibody titer of chickens in test group was higher remarkably than that of in control group.The chickens were experimentally infected with F 48 E 8 ND virus 60 days after vaccination.The Protective rate in test group reached 100% while that of control group was low comparatively. |
